As you already know everything about oscypek cheese production and how many sheep there are in the Gorce, it is time you had a taste of these highlander treats yourself. Visit our shepherd’s hut. You will always get fresh highlander cheese there with the famous traditionally made oscypek first of all. Our cheeses will make a good present for your relatives, they taste excellent and look fabulous. There is a grill there as well where you can taste roast meats and vegetables as well as grilled sausage. It is an offer for those who must have got hungry during their walk in the Natural Educational Centre. We also welcome organised groups where they can schedule and have their meal together.

Educational path

Our path will take you through all the attractions of the Natural Educational Centre. It starts right behind the ticket office on the level of the forest ground cover. You will gradually rise above the ground.

Viewing towers

Gorce forests are a paradise for many winged inhabitants. During the trip, look for the capercaillie, black grouse, golden eagle. Woodpeckers and owls also live here. They may be right next to you, keep your eyes peeled.

It is high time we looked underground. We have reached the entrance to the tunnel. You will learn here what rocks there are in the mountains around you. Perhaps you want to know where the Mały Kowaniec stream, which you can here under your feet, comes from?

If you visit us with your children – who are most welcome – the forest playground is definitely the place to go to. The young visitors will find beautiful and safe animal effigies there.
